What is The Priory Centre?
It is the Council for Voluntary Service in Wycombe District (CVS).

What do we do?
We provide a support service for all voluntary and community groups in the area. This incorporates all registered charities and 'not-for-profit' groups.

What type of support?
We offer advice on accessing funding, producing business plans, preparing budgets and writing applications.
We can help groups achieve charitable status including help with preparing constitutions.
Helping you in your dealings with statutory organisations such as Buckinghamshire County Council, Wycombe District Council and Wycombe Primary Care Trust.
Helping you achieve a Quality Standard, (usually PQASSO).
Signposting to other organisations.
Room hire, we have rooms for hire by the hour, half-day or full-day, including two for counselling, one which can take up to 12 people and one 20-30. These include use of a kitchen. We can also provide PowerPoint presentation equipment, flip charts, video player and television - all at competitive rates - available 7 days a week including evenings.
Resource Centre - office services such as photocopying, laminating, shredding, fax machine, scanner and badge-maker.

How are we funded?
The Priory Centre is now part of a consortium, Voluntary Impact Bucks, which includes CVSs and Volunteer Centres in Denham, Aylesbury and Wycombe. Funding from the local district councils and Buckinghamshire County Council is divided up between us.
